If you live in California, we can still send your order but first you will have to see a medical Doctor and have your ears checked for the medical conditions listed on our F.D.A. page. Then the Doctor will give you a medical clearance to go ahead with your purchase of hearing aids.

When you have done all this, we will need to have a legible copy of the medical clearance for our records. We can't sell hearing aids to California residents without having a hard copy of the clearance for our records. If we do have a copy we can sell you any hearing aid and ship it directly to you. You may use any of the order options buttons to order from this site, however immediately after or with your order we will need you to fax or mail the medical clearance to us. CAUTION! TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS.

The state of California requires that any business that sells hearing aids from within it's borders have a valid and current State Hearing Aid Dispensers License. If the company you are doing business with does not have a current license or they do not require a medical clearance to ship to a California address, caution is advised. They might be out of business next week. You may check out any California dispenser's license to see if it is current or expired by clicking on this link >>
