All hearing aids have a Factory repair warranty. The warranty covers any hearing aid defect not caused by the user. Moisture, wax, perspiration and over twisting of the controls, are not covered. All hearing aids we sell can be repaired. Return Policy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the hearing aids you have purchased from Heareasy Hearing Aids,
return the hearing aids to us within 21 days from the day you received them and we will promptly refund your money less shipping (if you paid for shipping), and
a 7% return fee. Note! The aids must be back in our office by the 21st day and in good as new condition. Return Fee!
If you return the hearing aid the return fee will be deducted from the amount you get refunded to you.
